Personal Data Processing

The use of the Platform requires and implies the processing of the personal data of the user (first, last name), including data related to the provision of a unique username, email and password for each user.

The purpose of such processing is the ability to provide direct and remote electronic access to the Platform. The legal grounds of such processing is the acceptance of the present Terms of Use and the concurrent opinion of the user on the use of the Platform and processing of his/her personal data.

Your data may be forwarded to authorized third parties that support the Fund with regard to the operation of the Platform. Your data shall be stored and processed solely for the time necessary for the fulfillment of the processing purposes.

In accordance with the National and Union law on personal data protection and, in particular, in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Regulation (EU) 679/2016, you have the following rights: (a) access and update, (b) correction, (c) deletion, (δ) processing limitation, (e) objection to personal data processing, including objection to the automated decision making and profiling, (f) portability.

In order to exercise the above rights, you may apply in writing to the Fund (e-mail: [email protected]).

In any case, you have the right to appeal to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority ("HDPA") for issues pertaining to the processing of your personal data (http://www.dpa.gr).
